individually packaged, and 2 medley options for a total of 7 product
options. Our variety list includes: Organic Klamath Pearl, Organic Purple
Fiesta, Organic Ruby Crescent, Organic French Fingerling, and Organic
Russian Banana. The 2 medley options include Organic Multicolor Medley
which is a round medley with purples, reds, and yellows, and our Organic
Fingerling Medley which is any combination of Organic Purple Fiesta,
Russian Banana, Ruby Crescent, and French Fingerling. All of these product
options come in 1.5 pound pillow-pack bags with brand new artwork and
cooking instructions displayed on the front. To ensure that the consumer
get the freshest product possible we chose to use Fox Packaging Company's
latest invention: the Ultra-Shield Technology bag designed to protect the
potatoes from UV light, and a mesh backing which allows
maximum breathability. All of our premium organic potato products are also
available in 20 pound bulk boxes graded into pee-wee, C, B, or A sizes. 50
pound boxes are available for some products.
